RST GAMER Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

The RST GAMER Gift Card is a digital card intended for use exclusively on the RST GAMER website. By using the gift card, the user fully acknowledges and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Use of the Gift Card

• The gift card may only be used to purchase games, subscriptions, and digital services available on the RST GAMER website.
• The gift card must first be redeemed and converted into account credit before it can be used.
• All purchases are deducted directly from the available account balance.
• If the total purchase amount exceeds the available balance, the user may pay the remaining amount using the payment methods supported on the website.

• The gift card may not be used outside the RST GAMER website.

   

3. Balance

• The gift card balance is linked to the user’s account and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.
• The gift card balance earns financial benefits at a rate of 2.5%.

• The balance provides a secure and convenient way to complete purchases without the need to enter payment details each time.

   

4. Validity

• The gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, the card can no longer be redeemed.

• If the balance is not used within 36 months from the date it is added to the account, administrative fees may be applied according to the applicable rates at that time, provided the user is notified in advance via email.

   

5. Sending a Gift Card to a Friend

• Users may purchase an RST GAMER Gift Card and send it to a friend or any other person.
• The recipient becomes entitled to redeem and use the gift card balance after entering the card code into their RST GAMER account.
• RST GAMER is not responsible for errors in the recipient’s details or for the loss of the gift card after it has been sent.

• Gift cards cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been sent to the recipient.

   

6. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

• Selling the gift card or its balance, or using it for commercial or illegal purposes, is strictly prohibited.
• The balance cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
• The gift card and its balance may not be used for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

• Any violation of these terms, or any use that causes harm to the website or its users, may result in suspension of the card, cancellation of the balance, or account termination without compensation.

   

7. Liability and Risk

• Ownership of the gift card and all associated risks transfer to the user upon electronic delivery.
• RST GAMER assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use of the gift card.

• RST GAMER makes no express or implied warranties regarding the gift card, and its maximum liability is limited to replacing the card if it is proven to be invalid.

   

8. Refunds

• If any product or service purchased using the gift card balance is refunded, the refunded amount will be returned to the user’s account balance.

Under no circumstances will the balance be refunded in cash.

9. Governing Terms

• The use of the RST GAMER Gift Card is subject to these terms and conditions, and using the card constitutes explicit acceptance of them.

   

10. Amendments

• RST GAMER reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the website.
